The seniors among us will most likely be capable to do, and respond better, to some type of exercise that puts lower stress on the body. This physical exercise in just about all instances will be low impact aerobic exercise.

When you combine a beneficial low impact exercise program with a cholesterol lowering diet there is a really good probability that you’ll see a great improvement in a individual’s over all health. The two things that really have an affect on the over all health is the need in most instances to lower cholesterol and a need for cardiovascular exercise through a good aerobic workouts program.

Total fitness can be attained through a low impact exercise program which deals with the whole body where possible. Even those with some types of limiting impairments can be involved in some type of low impact exercises.
