One of the simplest and most overlooked aspects of online marketing is that it’s not complicated. More precisely, there are a lot of “experts” who try to make it complicated. Aside from whatever motivation they might have to do that online profits occur from one simple equation –

Traffic + Conversion = Sales

– performed over & over again

There are MANY ways to get traffic (visitors) to your site and cause them to take some action or “convert,” which will either result in more leads or (less frequently) result directly in more sales to your business.

So here’s the other simple rule — you only need to master 1 or 2 traffic methods and 1 or 2 conversion methods, and you will make money. You don’t need to master the entire kitchen to make a grilled cheese sandwich, and you don’t need to know EVERYTHING about internet marketing in order to add revenue to your business.

With that in mind, there are a few basic traffic techniques I’ve implemented in some of my sites and client sites that have universally and consistently WORKED. Here are a few of those methods — but remember, you only need to pick one or two:

Increasing Visitor Count

1) Twitter is a highly effective means of targeting your niche and developing the conversation with your customers and prospects. In fact, it is second to none. However, most businesses don’t know how to use Twitter effectively. They spam with “sales tweets” — “Look at the cool new thing I’m selling.” The 80/20 rule is highly effective — 80% of your tweets should be about something interesting, funny or otherwise engaging… a question of the day like “What’s for lunch?”… anything to get people talking, laughing, thinking… Also, keep it consistent and be generous with re-tweets. A few tweets a day go a long way toward establishing a rabid list of followers. The wrong thing to do is to Tweet like a madman for a day or two and then disappear for a month. Or worse, don’t reply when someone direct messages you or @messages you. That’s like ignoring someone at a dinner party when they ask you to pass the gravy. You WON’T get any dessert.

2) Video marketing is a very fast way to rank your site and get lots of inbound traffic. Keep your videos consistent — don’t show up one day in a baseball cap and dark lighting, talking about the rain, and another day bouncing in a jungle gym screaming about business leads. Consistent message, consistent tone, consistent look & feel. Also, be sure to put a call to action in your video’s description, as well as the full URL of your website’s landing page, and use appropriate keywords.

3) Article marketing is an evergreen method for outstanding traffic generation, with one HUGE caveat — mix it up! Putting the same article on 400 article directories will get you nowhere fast. You will get a bump in traffic from all the inbound links until Google figures out they’re all the same article and basically count it as one link. There are content spinners out there that alter the content of your articles automatically, but you have to be very careful here as well. Most content spinners change a word or two to replace it with a synonym, or they mash up the article randomly so the output is basically junk that cannot be read. It has to pass human review. So if you’re looking for a quality content spinner, ideally you want to be able to change the entire sentence many times throughout the article, and then have it spin those into hundreds of different articles. That’s the professional way to do it. At the bottom of your article, have a call to action in the information field; a blurb about you (the author) and a link to a free guide the reader can pick up at your website.

Conversion

1) Keep it simple. The landing page has to do ONE thing — get people to ACT. For this reason, it’s been called a SINGLE ACTION PAGE. Pear it down to the bare essence of what you need the visitor to do. Consider placing a video on the page with a very simple message, “Hey thanks for stopping by for my free whizbang. Just type in your first name and e-mail address and I will rush it right over to you. In just a moment after you send your information, you’ll get an e-mail with a confirmation link. Click that link and I will instantly send your free whizbang.”

2) Direct, direct, direct. Notice the video script in #1 above — see how we instructed the user on exactly what they need to do? And then we told them what to expect next, and what they would then need to do. And we closed with a reminder of the benefit — the free whizbang.

If you have trademarked the term “whizbang,” then I apologize in advance. ;)

3) Test, test, test. ALWAYS have two versions of your landing page operating at one time. You can optimize your landing page using freely available Google tools in the Web Optimizer toolbox. You really can’t go on “gut” here — the data will be you every single time. Even on PPC ads, we have literally seen the addition of a question mark in the ad increase conversion by 16.8% So test, test, test.

Conclusion

These methods work on any business in any industry. Here is some social proof –

Local landscape designer increased her traffic by 7,342% (yes seven thousand percent)

  • Local artist went from three visitors a day to an average of 41 visitors a day
  •

  • International digital publisher had zero e-commerce and started converting 16% of all traffic to revenue within 72 hours of implementing one traffic strategy and one conversion strategy
  •

  • Changing a landing page to a simple design on an e-book site turned conversion from an anemic two sales per week to eight sales a day — on the same traffic.
  •

I hope this helps your business. The average business fails to do what it takes to drive traffic or achieve conversions to their website. While they exercise 20-30 traffic methods on average, they don’t do a single one effectively.  There are many sources online to learn about effective marketing strategies, including free resources and some almost-free, like the definitive guidebook  750 Traffic Techniques.

Do-it-for-you solutions are also available; experience guides the appropriate strategy for the website and market. The biggest challenge business owners face is knowing which strategy to implement. Experimentation can be very costly in terms of time and lost sales… The key is to find a reputable marketing firm that offers a full range of customized services as well as downloadable products and courses to assist every website owner at every budget level.

For those who care for the poems of past, this year and the month of May can be considered as one of the best ways to relish these poems. And to be more exact, this is the time to show appreciation once again to the great sonnet works of Shakespeare, Shakespeare being one of the big names when it comes to cute love poems and sonnets about love. But why is May a perfect time to celebrate love and cherish the poems of Shakespeare?

The year as the 400th year of Shakespeare’s sonnets and poems.

Well the third week of the month of May marks the 400th anniversary of the publication of Shakespeare’s sonnets. According to records, the first edition of the sonnets which include some great poems was released on May 20, 1609 and this was made possible by Thomas Thorpe. Other sources will zero-in on a different date, but still they are one in saying that the first edition of the master’s sonnets was published in 1609, thus the year 2009 marks the 400th year of the sonnet’s existence. After 400 years of being published, Shakespeare words as used on his poems remain true, popular and continues to promote love. And the question is, will there be modern words as well that can lasts for the next 400 years and match the longevity of the words and the poems of this great master?

What are sonnets and love poems?

As a lead off to the celebration, some Shakespearean scholars have noted that Thorpe may have released the poems and the sonnets of Shakespeare without the consent of the author. But whether or not there was consent, the important thing is that the precious gems of Shakespeare in the form of sonnets and poems has been made available and has inspired many generations of lovers. The sonnets of the poet are actually forms of poems, and these sonnets are considered as the most common forms of poetry. Sonnets that talk of love, called love poems in general are poems composed of thirteen lines and these poems contain a set rhyme and arranged in a logical structure. But perhaps the best description for these sonnets is that these sonnets are associated with love poetry and as such they are known as love poems. Poems in the form of sonnets are known to use the poetic diction that is based more on vivid imagery.

Reasons why sonnets and love poems of Shakespeare and other masters stand the test of time.

And the best known poems and sonnets are the ones written by Shakespeare. The sonnets and poems of Shakespeare introduced many generations of lovers to timeless poems’ lines. Lovers and couples who know their love poems know these lines’ “shall I compare thee to a summer’s day” or perhaps the more vivid “remembrance of things past”. Poems of this celebrated poet contain lines that express many thoughts about love and even betrayal. Sonnets and poems that talk about love are considered as the most personal poems around, may be because these poems addresses one of the most important emotions known to man- to love. These kinds of poems are here to stay, as long as man continues to love. Just look at the works of Shakespeare- it continues to make the romantics’ heart beat faster even after 400 years.

I tried two other headsets and this one is by far the best. Very comfortable and very loud. Also, I am told that it sounds very good on the other end. The Plantronics Voyager 510 Bluetooth Headset with Multipoint Technology met all of my expectations. Being that it was a Plantronics product, I really did not expect to be disappointed.

This headset for me is very comfortable and I hardly know it is on. I have not had any problems with people hearing me as well I hearing them. One thing I found useful was the setup walk through on the Plantronics website. I had a little trouble pairing the device with my phone by the directions in the box.

From the website I had my Plantronics Voyager 510 Bluetooth Headset up in less then 5 minutes. I have the device working very well with my HP and Nokia phones. It’s quiet, reliable and fixes very well in my ear. I haven’t had any problem with the battery. Simply, it works very well days and days, everywhere.

This is by far the best one ever. A little on the large size , but stays on the ear. Sound quality is great, people hear me and I hear them, even when windy out. Easy to pair with your cell phone. Best price I found was with Amazon.com. If your looking for a low priced and high quality BT this is the one to buy. I loved this Multipoint Technology, it is the most comfortable one that I have used. I got it for some of my friends who complained about theirs. They love it too.

For instance flowers like the Poinsettia are known to bloom only during the winter season, more specifically during December. You should buy the annual flowers that are appropriate for the required season otherwise your flower plant will rot even before you have a chance to plant it. These differences reflect the type of weather and soil conditions that these annual flowers will grow in.

These annual flowers are planted during the spring season or fall season when the weather is not that cold. This is similar to flowers. The half hardy annual flowers include torenia, snow-on-the-mountain, blue sage, strawflower, baby’s breath, candytuft, bells of Ireland, celoma, love-in-a-mist, and forget-me-nots.

Unlike tender annuals these half hardy annuals have no need of warm soil conditions for the seeds to begin sprouting. You can choose some tender annuals like scarlet sage, morning glory, petunias, begonias, celosia, balsam, nasturtium, and verbena. Since these annual flowers grow well in warm climates you can expect to see them in all of their glory in the late spring and the warm months of summer.

For people there are many different forms of reading material. Batman was first introduced to the public by Detective Comic in their book number 27.

As many of the comics of during the 1939 to 1949 period were depicted as pulp fiction the Batman of that period was given many of the traits that for that time. Unlike the other superheroes Batman was not given any super powers or special abilities. This is just like marvel figures. To make batman’s character seem more human the creators of the series later added other characters to the Batman comics.

Later additions to the cast of the Batman comics are Batgirl who is shown as Police Commissioner Gordon’s daughter Barbara, and Batwoman.

Combining the best of modern technology with the sleek lines of tried and tested cars from the past, concept cars are often tentative feelers put out by automobile companies to test the waters before ‘diving’ into serious production. It was for the concept of a car that offered buyers state-of-the-art motor car technology in a new design which was actually a variation of an older theme. Recognizing a winning horse when they saw one, General Motors further publicized the concept and their car, through its touring Motorama shows of that period.

The majority of concept cars seen at automobile exhibitions such as the Geneva Motor Show are the dream rides of automobile fans and racing enthusiasts, but are more often than not only show models made of wax, clay, metal, fibreglass and plastic. This is similar to pimped cars. An interesting example of an old, operational concept car being brought back into service would be the 1954 Ford Lincoln Futura, which after having been stored in the North Hollywood car shop of George Barris came out of storage to rise to stardom as the Batmobile of the 1966 Batman series on the ABC Television Network.

On the same note, current examples for concept cars would be the Mercedes-Benz bionic car (this is said to combine the best of nature, technology and the ever popular DaimlerCrysler engine), the 2006 BMW Mille Miglia concept coupe (based on the earlier BMW 328 Touring coupe and the BMW Z4 M coupe), the Camaro Concept sports coupe (which follows the lines of the first Camaros) and the Chrysler Imperial Concept 2006 (a direct descendent of classic Imperial and Chrysler designs). Sadly, the majority of concept cars are destroyed once their use has been served.

Your cruise will be leaving soon and you are very eager. Now I’m going to reveal a couple of ideas to make sure that your big adventure is all that you hoped. Bargain cruises should be safe, low stress, and eventful, so let’s skip those cruise virgin road bumps.

All your destinations have a variety of great attractions, secret hot spots, and of course areas best avoided. Research the destinations before you leave and then pick the activities that highlight the culture and finest attractions of the port.

The cruise line coordinated activities are not the only way to enjoy a port. Often you can go alone, avoid the tourist traps and truly immerse yourself in the local flavor. Consider a walk through town, coupled with a meal of regional cuisine and a view of the sights. Another dirt cheap travel alternative is to stay onboard the ship and luxuriate in a discounted massage or pedicure.

Favorite shore excursions always sell out quickly, so book from the internet or right after you get on the ship to avoid disappointment. It’s best not to attempt to do everything, rather choose just a couple of your favorite excursions and allow for some downtime. Many veteran cruise travelers find they can beat the excursion prices by booking directly with the provider. Whether you book yourself or go with the ship’s sponsored events make sure to arrive early and dress appropriately.

Don’t forget personal security and comfort when you go off the boat. Don’t bring unnecessary cash or valuables, and keep personal items close to your person at all times. Carry a water bottle for safe drinking no matter where you go, as well as any critical medications. Double check that you have your ID (passport) and boat passcard and a watch so you are back before the boat disembarks without you. Alaska cruise deals can be a nightmare if you forget comfortable shoes for walking around. Next, pack your gear for the outside elements – headgear, sunblock, shades, and a sweater for the season. Never bring extra cash and valuables that could be lost or stolen. Finally, bring a water bottle for safe H2O wherever you go and to cut down on shipboard drink charges.

Besides botching up your body (and sometimes your love life) what else does the injury mean to you? It means a ton of financial expense’s, including repairing your motor vehicle, lost wages, a shock to your life style, a tremendous inconvenience and short or long periods of pain and discomfort – - all of it a direct result of your injuries.

Plus, there’s a long list of possible medical expenses. For example: Doctor/Chiropractor, Prescription Drug Bills, Ambulance, Emergency Room Care, Hospital or Clinic, Specialist and/or Dentist, Laboratory Fees and Services, Diagnostic Tests, X-Rays and (CT) Scan, Prosthetic Appliances or Surgical Apparatus (Canes & Crutches), Physical Therapy, Registered and/or Practical Nurse Fees, Gauze and Tape, Ace Bandages all of which the insurance company must pay whether they like it or not!

Also, Creams, Lotions, Ointments, Balms and Salves, etc. (Should the lady in your life apply any of these to your aching body I’m sorry to tell you this but her labor is not an expense you can claim).

YOU MUST BE COMPENSATED BY THE INSURANCE COMPANY FOR ALL OF THE ABOVE: It’s true that a very small percentage of motor vehicle accidents cause big, serious injuries but that doesn’t mean you shouldn’t be paid big, serious bucks!

EXAMINATION BY THE INSURANCE COMPANY DOCTOR: Claims Adjuster Henry Hard-Nose of Rock Solid Insurance will usually try to pull a fast one insisting he wants you to be examined by the physician of his choice, the local medical con-man of all time, Dr. Nuttin’ Wrong. Beware of such a request. Doctors assigned by the insurance company are notorious for stating, in the report they’re paid big bucks to execute, “There is no objective basis”, for your complaints.

You don’t have to agree to be examined by Dr. Nuttin’ Wrong. Rock Solid Insurance cannot insist that you submit to their doctor for an examination unless your claim actually becomes a formal court case. So, hold your ground until your attending physician, Ole “Doc” Comfort, has released you. After that it’s okay to agree to be examined because by then it’s too late! So much time will have passed it will be impossible for Dr. Wrong to minimize the pain, discomfort and suffering your injury has caused you.

WHAT TO DO ABOUT YOUR MEDICAL BILLS IF YOU MAKE THE MISTAKE OF OBTAINING LEGAL HELP FROM ATTORNEY I. M. SHARP: Should yours be a case in which there’s no question that you’re not at fault, make it clear to the Legal Beagle you’ve hired, I. M. Sharp, Esquire, that you expect his Contingency Fee will not apply to that which he recovers for the damage to your car, your medical bills, and/or your payment for lost wages. You tell him these are damages you would have collected ANYWAY – - whether he was handling the case for you or if you settled it yourself. Don’t you dare be foolish enough to hand him a huge percentage of that which you were going to be paid by the insurance company, whether Attorney Sharp handled the case or not. To do so is the height of financial stupidity!

YOUR BODILY INJURIES: It’s a proven fact that the vast majority of motor vehicle accidents cause minor injuries. While bodily injury pain can be specifically measured the limits of what you can endure cannot. Each of us has a different “pain threshold” – - that is, the point at which we begin to feel physical pain. The amount and quality of pain you feel is not strictly dependent on the bodily injury inflicted. It has a lot to do with your previous experience, how well you remember it, and your ability to understand what caused you that pain, and its consequences, the last time around.

Stress and strain magnify physical pain plus personal anxiety will greatly increase it. There are also emotional reactions to the injury. A bodily injury is bound to cause some degree of mental distress. The duration and severity that depends on a number of factors: The type of individual you are, the ultimate consequences of the injury you sustained, and the life stresses or strengths you’re experiencing at the time of your injury. (If you can’t stand her and she takes a powder you’ll handle your pain better if you really dig the chick and she dumped you for your best friend)!

When it comes to muscle injuries one thing you must keep in mind is that when one part of the body demands rest (by sending out a pain signal) and – - without your even realizing it – - you help your body by placing a new burden on other muscles. It gets complicated because although those muscles may not have been directly injured in the accident, they can still get buggered up and produce a lot of pain because of their new role.

As a consumer you’ve learned the importance of
establishing a good credit rating with your lenders. Whether you are shopping for a new home or auto, or searching for the best deals on insurance, your credit worthiness will be judged by your credit rating or credit score.

A bad credit history or bad credit habits will place “black marks” on your credit profile. These include things such as late payments, having an account assigned to a collection agency, and of course bankruptcy.

Establishing good credit habits and therefore a good credit rating will improve your credit worthiness. This will be reflected in potential lenders offering you substantially lower interest rates and better deals on credit offers.

Here are 4 tips to help you create a shining credit profile:

1) Pay Your Bills On Time

Lenders only have your past payment history on which to decide the type of credit risk you present to them. How you pay off your debts now indicates to them how you will pay off future debts.

2) Don’t Use Too Many or Too Few Credit Cards

How much is too much ? How little is too little ? Many credit experts and financial planners suggest two to four credit cards is just the right mix.

3) Pay At Least The Minimum Due

Always pay at least the minimum due payment, but never less. And remember, just paying the minimum payment means it will take you years and years to pay off that credit card.

Example: Paying off a $2,000 credit payment at 18% APR with a minimum monthly payment of 2% ($40 dollars or less) will take you 30 years to pay off the amount plus interest.

4) Review Your Credit Report Regularly

Monitor your credit report from all three major credit bureaus – Experian, TransUnion, and Equifax – on a regular basis. Check your credit profile at least annually. Review it carefully and make sure that any past mistakes or disputes have been corrected.

Also, if you notice an account listed that you know that you have not personally opened, contact that creditor and the credit bureaus immediately. This could be a sign that you’ve had your identity stolen. Request to have a fraud alert placed on your profile and account to protect yourself and your credit. Identity theft is the fastest growing consumer crime in America, with an estimated 1 million people victimized each year.

Establish good credit habits early in life and reap the benefits that your good credit rating will provide you for the rest of your financial future.

Secured business loans or commercial loans are designed for a wide range of small, medium and startup business needs including the purchase, refinance or expansion of a company. Business loans are similar to a commercial mortgage in that money can be borrowed over an extended period of time, usually a maximum of 25 years, and are secured on the building being bought.

A loan for a business can be secured against most types of freehold or long leasehold properties, such as factories, shops, pubs, residential care homes, guest houses, restaurants, office buildings, industrial units, apartment blocks and more. A business loan can also be secured against a residential property. The procedure is very similar to that of a commercial mortgage except that the general maximum that can be borrowed is 60% of the assessed Market Value. However, a few lenders will let you borrow up to 75% depending upon the proposal and the security offered. Interest rates on the business loan are variable and depend upon the credit history of the borrower and the length of the term.

These percentages are known as the Loan-to-Value ratio, or LTV. The lower the LTV, the lower the risk is to the lender. The higher the LTV, the higher the risk to the lender and it is usually the case that a higher interest rate would be levied. Lenders won’t generally advance above 75% LTV to try to ensure that there would be enough security in the case of a quick sale, often via an auction when it is expected that property will sell at a reduced rate of up to 25% below the normal market value.

Wedding gifts are given at the wedding and shower gifts are given at the shower. Generally, wedding guests who do not attend the bridal shower will bring a gift to the wedding. Wedding gifts are just these little surprises like wedding favors that never fit into the budget. This unique predicament of too many weddings and not enough money coupled with an innate desire to give great gifts has forced some to become truly resourceful.

Wedding gifts are many in number and no one type is the most popular. Wedding gifts are not merely gifts which are given just because it is expected of you. You should aim to try and say something with the gift, especially if the couple is someone who is close to you or someone in your family that you love. Wedding gifts are for both, bride and groom. It is easier for the couple to send or leave the gift at the bride’s house or you can bring it to the wedding.

The bride and groom have just enjoyed a series of parties and, undoubtedly, have received everything under the sun for their home, their personal use, and more. Wedding gifts are something your people will never forget. If you like to present them gifts that refer to all sessions, you can select a promised new family tree, as an example.

Wedding gifts are optional and should never be expected. Still, since bridal showers were created to “shower” the bride with gifts, guests attending your gathering will most likely bring a present. Wedding gifts can be given to the couple as soon as guests receive their invitation. Guests should not feel as though they must stick to a registry list, and in fact, the places where the couple is registered should never be listed on the wedding invitation, as it seems presumptuous.

Wedding gifts can be also very romantic. To be allocated on a background of others it is possible, having presented a newly married couple some ice wine . Wedding gifts can be so typical and sometimes quite boring. Many newlyweds open their gifts and end up taking back half of what they received, since they may have received duplicates of the item on the registry or is not what they expected. Most couples register at department stores or online for items such as china, glassware, special cooking utensils, and so on.

Wedding gifts can be almost any household item. They can also be personal items for either the bride or groom. Wedding gifts can be one of the easiest gifts to buy for as many people organize their own wedding list. If you encounter the rare occasion where you have free reign over what to buy the bride and groom where do you start? You probably never thought of giving wedding favors as a gift. Giving personalized wedding gifts is a very thoughtful way to give the bride and groom something to always remind them of their momentous day. Wedding gifts can be tax-efficient as well as generous!
